Hi just letting you know this is not resolved.
I’m still getting notifications from this plugin.
I have updated to 3.7.2.1. I have disabled notifications in the plugin but I’m still getting emails from it. I have removed disabled and deleted from wordpress – same issue.
I have installed it and removed it from file manager from the plugin folder of my wordpress install but it’s still emailing me.
I’m not sure what else to do.

I’m an idiot – I swear I’m getting old.
There was an index.html file with an old template in there.
Removed the file and the site is there.
