In reply to: [Redis Object Cache] Very disappointed with paid versionMy invoice number is 2899-5475
Awesome, thank you!
Thanks for the quick reply! This also happens on a website that uses a custom theme (no Avada) so it might not be just a problem with Avada Builder.
Here is a screenshot of the red error box (for some reason it’s width is really narrow): https://ibb.co/Sn8Px91
The other website is using custom built blocks with ACF so that might also be something to look into.

In reply to: [Posti Shipping] Kriittinen virhe tilauksen tilan muuttamisen jälkeenJep, sama ongelma tilauksen tilaa muuttaessa.
Tiedoston /var/www/vhosts/XXX/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/posti-shipping/core/class-admin.php rivillä 818 havaittiin virhe lajia E_ERROR. Virheviesti: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function save() on false in /var/www/vhosts/XXX/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/posti-shipping/core/class-admin.php:818Reverting back to 1.8.14 made the tracking work again somewhat. It recorded visitors and
page_viewevents but it didn’t recordview_item_listevents norpurchaseevents anymore which made it useless for me as I need those events to optimize my Google Ads spending.I switched to GTM4WP and followed this guide to set up enhanced tracking: https://gtm4wp.com/google-tag-manager-for-woocommerce/how-to-setup-enhanced-ecommerce-tracking-google-analytics-4-ga4-version
Now I’m getting those events and conversions recorded fine again.
Sure. You could also debug the plugin and fix the issue yourself. Or switch to another plugin. Or make your own custom implementation. There’s plenty of ways to fix this issue.
I’ve found installing the WP Rollback plugin to be very useful, quick to use and reliable. Regarding all plugins and not just this one. I don’t see any negative sides in installing a new plugin if it makes your life easier 🙂

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] No data since March 6thJesus Christ what a relief to find out it’s this plugin that’s causing the issue. My Google Ads is all messed up now because it can’t get GA4 Conversion events and I’m actually losing money bidding blindly for ads. WHAT THE HELL??

In reply to: [WooCommerce] FATAL ERROR 6.4.1Oh my god. As a store owner myself I collect reviews on TrustPilot and damn it’s annoying when people give 1 star reviews like this when the problem isn’t caused by the product or service that’s being reviewed.
Sorry I’ve been busy so didn’t have time to reply to your first message yet. But if you found a fix for this, that’s great! I’ll try to test it shortly
