This would be super helpful to have. I love the simplicity of this plugin and making it workable for Canada or the rest of the world would make it a perfect fit for me.
Is an update for this in the works?
Actually, I am using theme test drive. We are doing a complete overhaul of the entire site, but since we had some events over the summer we had to leave the old theme up and running.
Okay, that makes sense.
I asked the developer about it and he said that it was not covered under normal theme support because it was to complex and a custom modification.
