I just looked through the error log on the site and it’s not throwing an error. So not sure where else to look to find out where the block is coming from. Strange that it just redirects the page to a 404 error page.
It’s definitely the BadgeOS plugin though…as soon as I deactivate it the form and ability to pay comes back.
Let me know if there is something I can do to help fix this. Love the BadgeOS system and plan on implementing it in two of my other sites.
I have the plugin activated now if you want to see how it looks. gafeclass.com click on Pricing – Membership Level and then select a payment option. You’ll then get a 404 page.

url looks like this /?=level1
So I think it’s blocking the PHP script which is a registration form and pay via paypal. No https.
