Hi, i have analysed my problem more deeply and it seems that i have a caching issue with w3tc.

i can agree, there is some compatibility problem with the wordpress caching,w3tc and acf. I have the same issue withe the save_post function.
Yes i did, i also thought about this, but the title is not saved add all. If i set the add_action priority to a number lower than default it works, but only afer the second time it is saved.
