I know it’s been awhile, but in all likeliness your host is missing the PECL Memcache extension. This is not included in standards PHP installs.

There error it was throwing by the way was:

TypeError: tinyMCE.dom.Event.add is not a function

We are running the latest version (0.4.2) and are running WordPress 3.5.1
