Hi @ahsannayem,

If adding a filter hook is not possible at the moment, could you consider adding a simple setting for this instead?

For example, there could be an option to enable or disable saving custom field data. If the setting is enabled, the custom fields should be saved. If it is disabled, the custom field data can be ignored.

This would still give site owners some control without requiring a filter hook, and it may be safer for existing permission-related functionality.

Thank you for the clarification.

Could you please let us know if this filter hook is planned for any upcoming update? If possible, it would be helpful to know an estimated timeline for when this option may be available.

Also, I noticed that the ticket was marked as resolved.

From our side, the issue is still pending because agents currently need full Manage Settings permission just to save ticket custom field data.

I checked your site and noticed that the timeline is built using Fusion Builder. This is not the timeline created with our plugin.
If you have any other page where the timeline is created using our plugin, please share the page URL so we can check it further.

We have released this fix in version 2.6.2.1, so you should no longer experience this issue. Please update the plugin to version 2.6.2.1 and confirm whether the issue has been resolved on your end.

Hi @mrjinx ,

Yes — the /demo/ part should stay in the URL.

If your demo page URL is:
https://abc.com/demo/cryptocurrency-widgets-for-elementor/

Then the correct path to exclude is:
/demo/cryptocurrency-widgets-for-elementor/

You should not use:
/wp-content/plugins/cryptocurrency-widgets-for-elementor/

because that refers to the plugin’s internal directory, not the public page URL.

Yes, this can be fixed.
Please follow these steps:

Go to your LiteSpeed Cache plugin →
Navigate to Cache → Excludes → Do Not Cache URLs →
Add the following URL:

/demo/cryptocurrency-widgets-for-elementor/

Sorry for the inconvenience. As we tested on our end, everything is working correctly.
We recommend that you please try deactivating plugins one by one and check after each deactivation. Also, clear your website cache and verify the issue.
Additionally, please try switching to a default theme and check if the issue still persists. This will help identify if there is any plugin or theme conflict.

Please add the following CSS at the given position:
1. Go to Event Page Template
2. Open the Custom CSS section
3. Add the following CSS (as shown in the screenshot):
.epta-sidebar-box .tribe-events-meta-value {
display: inline-flex;
}

Also, please confirm if the issue is resolved after applying this.
