i did as you said and it seems to have done the trick.
The current version of OceanWP doesn’t have an option to disable their smooth scrolling script, but adding opl-link as CSS Class worked.
Mind elaborating, where this class comes from?

I am sorry to bother you again, but it stopped working (or I was falsely reporting that it worked before due to some cached content).
When inspecting the site I can see the script within the footer but it seems not to fix the problem.

Furthermore, how would you go about embedding this in my child-theme so it doesn’t get overriden on any update?
