Incase you didn’t figure it out, try changing the region, worked for me.
Figured it out, I set the region to EU London, because I thought it was the closest server.
I did a last thought trial and error, tried all of them and US East(Ohio) ended up sending the email.
Almost blew my brains out with this one.
