I’m having the same issue as well. Random pictures appear sideways on ipad and iphone but look fine on a laptop. My pictures were taken vertically too (I didn’t rotate the file before I uploaded it to wordpress). Not sure why they are being rotated but would sure love to know of a fix!

they don’t provide support for this because it’s a free plug-in and they only provide paid support.
