 * Hi User,
 * Thank you for contacting us regarding this issue. The current should work well
   with the latest WordPress version. We plan to release another upgrade during
   April with a few small bug fixes.

 * Hi dazwilk,
 * We couldn’t locate a problem using the basic HeatMap AdApative theme. Essentially
   all you need to do is create a new post and then click on the Kitchenbug icon
   in the icons. Is the Kitchenbug icon not available among the editing icons in
   a post?

 * You can sign up to our newsletter on [https://www.kitchenbug.com/kb/](https://www.kitchenbug.com/kb/).
   However, this is not a technical newsletter so whilst awaiting posts regarding
   new features you’ll be getting more content updates and the like.
 * I’m afraid we don’t currently have a dedicated plug-in newsletter.

 * Hi Cédric,
 * 1) Alas, adding such a feature would require quite a bit of work. However I have
   added your request to our roadmap. We will implement a template option when we
   redesign the recipe view for external users (blogs and so on).
 * 2) That’s true. Translating the ingredient database is just one side of the issue.
   Our NLP (native language processing) engine would also have to be taught French
   🙂

 * Gilad

 * Hi Cédric,
 * Thank you for contacting us regarding these issues. To answer your questions:
 * 1) I’ll try to explain why we chose to display the current information by looking
   at the information displayed on our website. If you open a recipe on kitchenbug.
   com (or use the clipper to analyze a recipe on another site) then you’ll see
   that we are trying to help our users understand the data. In other words want
   to simplify the information display, make it so that you don’t need a degree
   in Nutritional Science in order to know if a recipe is applicable for you. We
   use green and red colors and simple clear sentences so that by quickly looking
   at the information the user will be able to decide what to do with this recipe.
 * The only exception to this rule is the information for diabetics. This is something
   that we are currently testing and will provide specific, thorough information
   for people with Type 1 or 2 Diabetes.
 * If you wish to see the scientific references behind the information provided
   then it is available on [https://www.kitchenbug.com/kb/health-icon-reference/](https://www.kitchenbug.com/kb/health-icon-reference/).
 * 2) At the moment we do not have the necessary resources to support another language.
   As Kitchenbug grows we will be adding more languages. I do not have a timeframe
   for this yet.
 * 3) We started of with the USDA database and have added similar databases from
   other countries (Australia, Japan and so on). For specific brands we use the
   information provided by the companies who manufacture the products. Our database
   is updated on almost a daily basis.
 * Please let me know if you have further questions.
 * Kind Regards,
 * Gilad

 * Hi User,
 * Thank you for contacting us regarding this issue. I’m sorry, we had a recurring
   problem over the last few days. It should be fixed in a few hours and you will

 * Hi Karen,
 * Glad to hear!
 * I think that Pinterest doesn’t do it automatically. We’re trying it now on our
   test site and I believe that after you do the procedure once it should work for
   the rest of the site. Anyway, try the following:
 * 1) Go to [https://developers.pinterest.com/rich_pins/validator/](https://developers.pinterest.com/rich_pins/validator/)

   2) Insert the recipe URL ([http://futureexpat.com/2014/12/hanukkah-latkes-potato-pancakes-recipe/](http://futureexpat.com/2014/12/hanukkah-latkes-potato-pancakes-recipe/))
   and click on validate 3) After it’s done, click on ‘Apply now’ and choose ‘HTML
   Tags’. 4) Wait until Pinterest approves your request…
 * Please let me know if this helped.
 * Kind Regards,
 * Gilad

 * Hi Karen,
 * You were doing nothing wrong 🙂
 * The plugin does not support multiple recipes on the same page since Google SEO
   is not supported for more than one recipe. One of the benefits the plugin provides
   is SEO (via microdata tags) for Google. Since Google only reads the first recipe
   from a page, your viewers will not be able to locate the others.
 * Regarding Pinterest, this is surprising. I’ll have this checked out tomorrow
   and get back to you.
 * Kind Regards,
 * Gilad

 * Hi Karen,
 * We’ll check out the problem and get back to you ASAP. The plugin recipes and
   kitchenbug.com recipes are not linked nor do they share the same storage. There
   are several reasons for this with the main one being that kitchenbug.com is a
   site for collecting and sharing recipes and not a recipe aggregator. You can
   of course choose to collect the recipes to your recipe box and thereby let others
   users find your website through the online search, explore or feed views.
 * There is a backup option in the Kitchenbug plugin admin page which exports the
   recipes to XML so no worries there.
 * Kind Regards,
 * Gilad

 * Hi Deleyna,
 * You can change only one ingredient measurement to either a US (pound, ounce,
   etc.) or a metric measure (kg, gr) and and then reanalyze the recipe. The system
   dropdown will appear and will default to the system which has the largest number
   of measurements (which are not household).

 * Gilad

 * Hi Deleyna,
 * Thank you for contacting us regarding this issue. I can’t be 100% sure without
   seeing the recipe ingredients, however I would guess that all the ingredient
   measurements are in household measures (1 cup, 1 tablespoon, 1 banana, etc.).
   When this is the case then you would not see the system (US/Metric) dropdown.
 * If this is not the case then send me the recipe URL and we’ll check it out.
 * Kind Regards,
 * Gilad
