Hi @moyana87,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, and the CF7 comparison genuinely made our day!
Five minutes to a working form is exactly what we’re going for, so it’s awesome to hear that landed for you. Glad the drag and drop experience felt like a step up.
We appreciate that you were upfront about the challenge that you came across. If you want to share which advanced features you are after, we’d love to know. Sometimes there’s a free option we can point you toward, and either way it helps us understand what matters most to our users.
If there’s anything we can help with, feel free to open a new support thread here and we’ll jump right in.
Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi @ixiter,
Thanks for getting back to us, and for the thoughtful explanation!
You’re actually right to push back on this a bit. While what you’re seeing is technically standard WordPress behavior (since WordPress 4.7, the admin area uses
get_user_locale()to determine the locale, which returns your user language first and only falls back to the site language if no user language is set).WordPress does provide a
switch_to_locale()function specifically for situations where the user’s language shouldn’t take precedence. Core itself uses it for things like email notifications, where the content should match the recipient’s language rather than the logged-in user’s. Your case is very similar: form labels and template content are ultimately site-facing, so there’s a reasonable argument that WPForms could useget_locale()(the site language) instead ofget_user_locale()when generating that content.I’ve gone ahead and logged this as a feature request with our development team. Your reasoning is solid and I think it makes a strong case, whether that means having template generation default to the site language or providing an option to choose. I can’t promise a timeline, but it’s on the radar.
Thanks again for taking the time to explain this so clearly!
Hi @aduwow
Thanks for reaching out and reporting the compatibility issues.I’ve tested the issue on my end using PHP 8.4 and 8.5.3 but I’m unable to replicate the warning when editing existing pages on the admin interface.
Would you mind going to WPForms > Tools > System Info and share your site info so that I can test on a similar environment?
Thank you!Hi @connorbeers,
Thank you for the kind words, and honestly, “I hate code” is exactly who WPForms is built for, so we’re really glad it clicked for you!
It’s great to hear your contact form is up and running without a single line of code. That’s the dream right there.
We totally get the 4-star nudge on the paid features. If you ever want to share which specific features caught your eye, we’d love to hear it. Sometimes there’s a free workaround we can point you to, and other times your feedback genuinely helps shape what we prioritize next.
Either way, if you ever need a hand with anything, feel free to open a new support thread here and we’ll be happy to help.
Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi @bouwser,
I’m glad that you figured this out! Please let is know if you have any other questions.
Thank you!Hey @dupontwebdesign,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble there.
Your site info suggests that you don’t have any page optimization plugins installed which means that this particular form could be corrupted and this is the reason that some JS assets are not loading. Could you please check if the loading issue persists when you replace the emebedded form with any other working form on your site?
Please let me know how this goes. Thanks 🙂Hi @kaylee10,
We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation. Thanks!

Hi @kasandra33,
Thank you for sharing your experience! It’s genuinely great to hear that building your first form felt smooth and approachable without needing to touch any code.
You’re right that some of the more advanced features are part of our paid plans, and we understand that can be a little frustrating when you bump into a locked option. We’d love to know which specific features caught your eye. Understanding what you’re trying to build helps us point you in the right direction, whether that’s a plan that fits your needs or a workaround you might not know about yet.
If there’s anything we can help you get more out of, feel free to open a new support thread here and we’ll jump right in.
Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi @mitclcune,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with WPForms. It’s really great to hear the builder feels fast and the UI is working well for you.
We’d love to know which limits in the free version you bumped into. Understanding what’s missing for you helps us think about where to improve things, and in some cases there might be a workaround you haven’t come across yet. For example, if storing entries is on your wishlist, our Lite Connect feature lets you securely back up submissions in the cloud even without a paid plan.
If you’d like to share more or explore your options, feel free to open a new support thread here and we’ll be happy to help.
Hope to hear from you soon!

Thank you so much for the kind words and the amazing 5-star review — it truly means a lot to us! We’re so glad to hear you’ve been enjoying the experience and feeling free to explore and connect. That’s exactly what we aim for!
We’d love to hear a little more about the message bug and the panel issue you mentioned — any details you can share would be a huge help so we can look into it and keep improving.
Whenever you get a chance, could you open a new support topic here? That way our team can follow up properly and make sure it gets sorted out for you:
Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review — we’re really happy to have you with us! 😊
Hi @torrio,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback, we really appreciate it!We’re sorry to hear you ran into trouble with column layouts. The good news is that multi-column layouts are actually available in the free version of WPForms! Here’s how:
In the form builder, click on any field to open its Field Options panel, then head to the Advanced tab. You’ll see a CSS Classes field with a “Show Layouts” button next to it. Clicking that reveals a visual layout picker where you can select from pre-built column options — halves, thirds, and more — without writing any code. Simply pick the layout you want and choose which column the field should appear in, and WPForms will automatically add the right CSS classes for you.
We have a full step-by-step guide that walks through the entire process here.
We hope this helps, and please don’t hesitate to reach out via our Lite support forum if you need any assistance getting your layout set up. We’re happy to help!

In reply to: [Botiga] Having Issues Creating Sub Categories under ShopHi @thisismyproperty
Thank for reaching out!
I’m afraid that your site does not load for me, would you mind checking if the URL is correct? For the first question, could you please clarify if you are looking to extend the main menu on the site and include product categories as sub menu items?
To answer the second question, you can change the placement of the footer widgets using the Footer builder. Here is a screen recording to guide you further.
I hope this helps!Hi @davies102
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with WPForms.

Thank you for reaching out!
It looks like your site is currently in development mode so I could not check if you already have an off-canvas menu for mobile devices. Could you please check if you have already configured this mobile menu by following the steps in this guide? Please let me know!
