Thanks for your response. All plugins including CF7 and your plugin are up to date.
We are using WordPress Multi-site, so wonder if that may be causing the issue.

I think the issue was caused by conflicting plugins, so it now looks like standard woocommerce display.
I’ll have a look into the customisation you suggested, though. Thanks again
