and should the prefix on the view have a different prefix then the rest of the tables:

What version of WP are you running? I noticed that the jquery version loaded on your page is 1.10.2
I am on 3.8.2 of WP and 2.1.0 of jquery.

I saw where you were getting the NAN and no data in the manage results. I have a similar issue, but toggling disable SQL view does nothing.
In fact with it not checked I get this:

I don’t think I am wound to tight on the permissions. I did a fresh install on a dev environment on Dreamhost and get the same issue. In fact I have tried it twice with fresh installs.
I visited your site and was quite envious of your results table…looks awesome!!! I can’t wait to get it working 🙂
