To clarify: arpReach is NOT abandoned. It’s been in constant development as you’ll see if you look at it’s changelog.
I would also like to be able to add boarders or a boundry to my maps, has leaflet’s MultiPolyline facility been added yet or is it planned?
If it has been added how would I ‘join the dots/markers’ or import boundry co-ordinates in json
