I think I have messed up and I can not see how I can recover the error? Can someone please help?

What I did: the search engine was working for some reason and I thought is was because my home page was not address as /wp/? I went into WordPress Address (URL) and changed it so the seach engine would look from the home page I have that being: http://hussars.org/main/?page_id=2/, now it thinks the login is at http://hussars.org/main/?page_id=2/wp-login.php and the whole page set up is mess up and I seem unable to login and revert that change? Can anyone please help??

The menus seem to close up around the wording, I’d like them to be all in one line so they look better and also reduce the height of the drop downs.
I presume this is all done in appearance/header in the edit section of the css style sheet? If so where?? Please…..
