Thanks for following up Ethan. Site uses Varnish cache (managed by Proxy Cache Purge plugin) and WP Rocket. I cleared both caches but problem persists.
I contacted my site hosting provider as you requested and they replied this:

The IP’s can be parsed from the
HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR and REMOTE_ADDR. The headers would look like the
following:x forarded for: 104.175.38.31, 172.68.174.99
remote add: 104.175.38.31<<< reply end
What should I do now?
Thanks, KJ

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Warning: 5.1.1 with WP RocketThanks for the follow-up but I’m still getting same spam message (orange boxed “There was an error trying to send your message”).
On the WP Rocket File Optimization page I’ve selected all options (except “optimize css delivery”)
I added “/recpatcha/api.js” (without quotes) in WP Rocket settings > File Optimization > JavaScript Files > Excluded JavaScript Files
Cleared all caches but still same problem.
Should /recpatcha/api.js be longer URL? Sorry, I’m not technical guy.
Resolved
You answered my question clearly and gave me extra critical info too.
Thanks, KJ
Can I reopen this because I’m having exactly same issue?
All my XML Sitemaps redirect to homepage (they don’t give 500 error). This issue only occurs when Yoast SEO is deactivated. Is this expected behaviour?
On the advice of my host I tend to deactivate Yoast SEO when I’m not actively using it (to compose Title and Description tags or optimize KWs). However I need my sitemaps to be accessible at all time so search engines can easily index new posts.
I already cleared cache in all locations. Yoast, theme (Total) and WP engine all up-to-date.
