Browsing your site, we’ve noticed that while it doesn’t support payments, visitors are asked to transfer money before they can receive the ebooks. The site’s therefore commercial. It is not, as you claim, informational only.

We don’t provide support in Portuguese, so I hope you don’t mind me replying in English. Our systems will class a site as commercial if they detect that:
- it has ads;
- it sells products/services;
- it promotes a business;
- it solicits donations or sponsorships.
Upon further inspection, it seems that tricolornaweb.com.br does nothing of the above. Therefore, I’ll unmark your site as commercial. You don’t have to do anything on your side.
