Hi everyone,
Good news. The problem seems to be fixed with version 7.3.0 that was just released. At least, it seems fixed for my specific case (Exit intent).
Please check if it fixes also your issues.
Thanks a lot to WPMU DEV Support and to the developers for their work.
Best regards.

Hi,
I see that you have released a new version (7.3.0). I have installed it and the problem seems to fixed now! Thank you π
Best regards.
Hi Adam,
Thanks – I see now the answer on the other thread too.
Just to answer your questions and to add more details:
– I have replicated the issue both on Mac OS X (browsers: Chrome and Safari – latest versions) and Linux (Browser: Chrome – latest version). I don’t have any Windows powered computer, unfortunately.
– Caching is off (both object cache and server-side cache)
– PHP 7.4 on the servers (both on prod and dev)I’ll be waiting for an answer, and hopefully a patch, from your developers. Please let me know if you need any further details.
Best regards.

As far as I understand from @mad-ascent message, the popup behaviour always stays to “Time” setting. Even if “Click” is selected as a trigger.
Is this correct? Could this be the related to the issue I have described here?

Hi Adam,
That’s the issue. I’m pretty sure I set, all the times, the popup behaviour to “Exit intent”. And in the export you can also see my settings for that part.
But for some strange reason this doesn’t seem to work.
To reproduce:
1. Open the “popup edit” window
2. Go to Behavior
3. Go to “Exit intent”, set “Trigger once per session” and 3 seconds delay
4. Save
5. Go back to Hustle dashboard
6. Open “popup edit” window -> Pop-up trigger tab is always set to “Time”That’s why, as you can see from the JSON file, I have intentionally set to “blank” the value of the field “on_time_delay”. Because I started to suspect it was something related to this.
This happens both on a live WordPress 5.5 installation (with MH Newsdesk theme) AND on a local WordPress 5.5 installation with no other plugins (with Astra theme).
I attach a video with the issue:

Best regards.

Hi Patrick,
Thanks for your reply!
Here is the popup:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/xelf70hz88ttg0c/hustle-popup-20200816.json?dl=0I have also done some troubleshooting on my local machine. I have exported and re-imported the same popup on a clean WordPress 5.5 installation with Astra as a theme and with no other plugins installed. I experience the same identical problem – the popup shows up immediately when the page is opened.
Please let me know if you need further info.
Best regards π
