Look Mr. or Ms. Moderator, why wouldn’t I use this form to get my site working again regardless of if I am using the free version or the pro version of the plugin? We haven’t even determined if it was the pro version or the free version of the site.

Works now on Safari but not on Chrome

I turned off CSS and JS and the hamburger worked. I turned them back on one at a time and the hamburger continued to work. When disabling pro does it empty the cache?

I tried deactivating just Pro and hamburger still inoperable.

You are correct in that what shows in my dashboard is version 1.9

I restored the version before the crash so i have access.

I updated it from the site dashboard in WordPress.

I don’t know how to do what you suggest.
