As of today this topic has not been resolved and I have not received a response from Polylang. However, not wanting to delegate the task of recognizing the language to another plugin, I will opt to find a solution by modifying some WordPress php files.
I contacted PolyLang to know if there is some code to add in some php file so that the WordPress Term List Block recognizes the current language, but I have not received an answer.

1. I didn’t know it was part of the WordPress Gutenberg editor.
2. Absolutely, each language has its own categories and tags.
3. I had already looked at your troubleshooting guide in the past and after reviewing it, I can assure you that I have reviewed the following:
a. All plugins and themes (I don’t have a child theme) are up to date and working perfectly.
b. The site cache and its management plugin work great and have never had any issues or conflicts so far.
c. I have also tried disabling all plugins, except kadence theme and kadence block but with no effect. At the moment I don’t know how to find a solution to my problem, I guess I will have to resort to installing a plugin to get the list of terms sorted by language.
