How? When I updated to the recent SPR plugin, it displaying 6 post on my on my home page instead of 3. How do I change this?

I can’t find anything that indicates that it is customizable. I am not terribly technical, so I need something easy to work with. I used the Autahulpa (sp?) for a blcg and found it easy to work with. Do you know of Blogtheme is easy to customize?
