Same error here. Running multisite. Same error on two different sites (not sharing global table).

Any chance you will put back the shortcode view in the admin area? Our customer, running a huge multisite is not ready for WordPress 5 yet.
How about making this view available as an option in the settings.
Just a checkbox in the settings menu: “Disable/View shortcodes”.
This would help a lot.

Same problem. Running WordPress 4.9.1 and Pinpoint Booking System 2.6.6.
