I checked out the WooCommerce Email Designer plugin, and it doesn’t send any emails; it simply customizes the email template. Regarding ShipStation, I noticed that the ‘Send email’ option is enabled. Could this be a factor affecting the multiple email notifications? Like, same products, same product type, same payment gateway, same customer, same shipping address, etc? _**Upon checking, there’s no clear pattern. Regarding products, they vary across different orders. As for the payment gateway, we exclusively use the Square-Credit Card. Similarly, customers and their respective addresses differ in each case.**_ - Do you remember any updates that happened on your site prior to this issue happening?
