In reply to: [Shopping Cart & eCommerce Store] it is not compatible for local serverIt certainly is compatible with localhost setups, but sometimes we run into a licensing issue whereas the system is trying to register your trial and the various locations are already registered, since localhost is common. A good solution is to name it something unique like localhost/yourdomainname
This way itt’s in a unique folder name that nobody else will likely have and the trial system can register and continue.

What is on wordpress has to be given free of use, which we do with our plugin.

The guest checkout system ONLY disables or enables the user to checkout without or with entering a password during checkout…
Only difference in the workflow. As for various elements such as button text or checkout text, that is all edited through the language editor. There you can change the text from register only or guest checkout or whatever you really wanted to say. Gives better design control.
We try to offer good support, and we try to always answer back and get our support requests resolved, sorry that did not suffice.

When wordpress updates any plugin, it simply deletes it and rewrites the entire contents of a plugin. We have mechanisms to save data and other plugin folders just to insure this…
We tend to have really good support, so I would encourage anyone to get a hold of our support team through ticket access on our website.

90% of our customers probably use their own themes and it works great in most. If needed, css is easily accessed to adjust a button or something if the design it is off when integrated with your theme.
Both options work good.
Not sure why it isn’t removed, as wordpress should handle that, but feel free to remove that folder, shouldn’t affect anything. You can also go into the database and make sure all tables with prefix ‘ec_’ were removed.
also note, we do not normally monitor this area, best way to leave support is through our site, as noted previously.
