Have installed 2.1.9 again. The wordpress / hosting company auto updates your them to version 5.0 in 24 hours I guess. Please guide urgently.

Hi, my website lost most of its features colours and looks like a black and white website. The theme seems broken. Can someone please advise on how do I fix it please? Thank you. https://www.coastalfisheries.com/
