Alongside that, I’ll include an opt-in toggle for the preview feature. * I didn’t have any involvement with the deleted comment from this morning. In fact, I can’t even see the message the forum moderator left here anymore, but I did receive a notification about it via email. * In general, the support forums here at WordPress.org just aren’t very active, so I’m not sure if it was even worth moderating. I appreciate [@markussss](https://wordpress.org/support/users/markussss/) taking the time to report bugs and send feedback. He has started almost 25% of the threads here on the forum, and White Label is over seven years old. But I’ve obviously had more support issues than that. Without one of those two methods, the HTML you’re copying doesn’t contain the `

I have a few questions to help me figure out what’s going on: - Are the submissions at least saving correctly? - Is there anything in an error log on the server to indicate a cause? - Are other emails generated by WordPress, or other plugins, being sent successfully? * I haven’t heard of similar reports, and all of my testing environments are working fine, but I’ll keep digging and let you know.
