Hello, so I figured out most of the above. There is however one thing that seems unsolveable. I have an area where you have to select from a dropdown, no matter what I write these do not show up in the emaiL?

This is my mail settings:

From: [cf7s-name] <[cf7s-email]> <[cf7s-phone]> <[cf7s-checkbox1]> <[cf7s-select1]> <[cf7s-radio1]>
