Do I need an account for PublishPress that is separate from my WordPress account in order to submit a members support ticket? This is a project for my job.
Yes, that is where the plugin is.
1. WordPress version 5.7.2
2. PublishPress Blocks version 2.7.1
3. Deactivating the plugin and reactivating it does not solve the issue.If I deactivate the plugin, I can see the text again. I want to use the plugin, but once I click it, I can’t do anything in WordPress, essentially.
Basically, pressing this plugin (in the top right corner of the screen when I edit a post) disables my ability to edit all custom posts. The general “posts” category is unaffected. The reason I cannot edit any other custom posts after pressing the plugin in one post is because the same error message appears when I open each post. I cannot see any text, just the error message box. And when I click any of the three options in the error message, nothing happens. Let me know if this helps or if you need more information.
