Today, I recognized I can include my custom template by using the [template email] tag. Unfortunately, regardless of what my template contains, the text gets truncated after ~111 characters.

Anybody knows where this limitation comes from ?

e.g. this is what I get in the mail for the template email tag:
\@ORGANISATION:xxx.yyyy.zzz\@REQUESTTYPE:IncidentEscape Zeichen werden "so realisiert".@REQUESTAREA:ZZ.Mo
