Thanks for your advice. With a little help from my web host I was able to resolve issues by opening port 465 & using an SMTP plug-in as recommended, now emails are working correctly. In testing functions I’ve noticed that the confirmation email sent to those who subscribe can’t be edited, I think this is a feature the free version should really include, particularly since the message is poorly written & punctuated. All other text is editable, I’m not sure why this message isn’t? The confirmation is: (Thank you for subscribing us. We will notify you soon) The simplest correction would be to remove the word us & adding a period after soon. If this can’t be corrected either by me or you I will be forced to move on to another smtp plug-in. Thanks
