I installed debug bar plug in. Does that do what you need? Or is there something else I should do.

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] IP detail Info gone?Because it was there when I first installed Slimstat and then disappeared after a few weeks. But I hadn’t done anything different to the plug-in, so I assumed it was the IP lookup site that was connected to it.
So what do I have to purchase to get the geographical information back on that hover pop-up from the pin?

Yes, I did purchase a set of access rights to infosniper because that was where it sent me automatically. But that didn’t change it. So it has nothing to do with the number of queries. :/
When I first installed the slimstat plug in, it gave me geographic information rather than just showing me the IP address when I hovered over the Map Pin icon.
Now it only gives me the numbers from the IP address. I’d LOVE to have the geographic information back, even if I had to pay for something that would make that happen.

I’ve even sent 3 messages to support at slimstat.getused.to.it and not a single return message. No one seems to want to bother helping. I’m really glad I haven’t bought the add ons I was eyeing.
