I didn’t buy anything from you (though I was going to if we could get this figured out). * Yes, I did purchase a set of access rights to infosniper because that was where it sent me automatically. But that didn’t change it. So it has nothing to do with the number of queries. :/ * When I first installed the slimstat plug in, it gave me geographic information rather than just showing me the IP address when I hovered over the Map Pin icon. * Now it only gives me the numbers from the IP address. I’d LOVE to have the geographic information back, even if I had to pay for something that would make that happen. * This screen cap shows you what I mean. The small yellow pop up with the IP address in it used to give me Geographic information. I’ve even sent 3 messages to support at slimstat.getused.to.it and not a single return message. No one seems to want to bother helping.
