I don’t know what you mean by 1. Select the code and mark it as code. (enclose in backticks)
I did make the change suggested in line two but I still receive the same error, “special characters must be escaped”
Also the code I originally posted in the post doesn’t look the same as what is above in this moment. This is the code I am having the issue with.
