In reply to: [Nooz] News Page Only Showing Latest PostYeah it would be nice to be able to display Press Coverage and Press Releases on a single page combined. If they were two CPTs that would obviously be easy to do. Thanks for the response though.

In reply to: [Nooz] News Page Only Showing Latest PostSo it’s definitely and specifically not displaying Coverage, only Releases. And interestingly, I’m only seeing Press Releases as a listed Custom Post Type, not Coverage. But if I use the shortcode [nooz-coverage] they display there.

In reply to: [HubSpot for Gravity Forms] HubSpot Original Source fieldsMy question was answered at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/track-source-data/. This is awesome. Saves me a huge headache.

Definitely a popular plugin. Thanks.
Ok. Although I know other caching programs like W3 dont’ have any issues. Might want to look into it more.
So that page displays a list of future events (which is a CPT). What’s happening is that an event is still being displayed on the page even after it’s date has passed. It should roll off the page but the page is being cached so it’s staying on at least longer than it should (it looks like it eventually rolls off).
Maybe a cron event that automatically flushes the cache (for the site, or at least for specific pages) at a specific time (00:01 AM in this case).
One single page. It’s the /events page which is automatically created by The Events Calendar plugin.
I completely removed Chrome again – but this time everything. And then reinstalled. That seems to have fixed the issue. Looks like a memory leak problem but one that I was only experiencing when editing that particular field, odd. Thanks for the help.
I uninstalled Chrome (preserving Bookmarks, extension history, etc.) and then reinstalled.
Went back to SEO Settings > Home Page Title and the issue persisted. I saw CPU usage from Chrome climb from about .5% to over 50%, and memory usage climb from 150MB to 195MB.
I deactivated all extensions.
Same thing.
Anything else to test? If it’s just my computer than it is what it is and I’ll have to figure out a workaround.
Interesting test. So I installed Canary and was able to make changes to the Home page title without issue. I then immediately opened Chrome and within about 15 seconds saw my memory spike and browser lock up requiring a shutdown of Chrome.
I’ll re-install Chrome and see if that changes anything.
Windows 10
SEO Framework 2.9
WP 4.7.3As soon as I start editing the home page title it freezes up – two sites although same server and same computer. Only happens in Chrome, not FF. Haven’t tried IE.
This doesn’t seem to happen in Firefox.

In reply to: [The SEO Framework – Fast, Automated, Effortless.] Remove schemaThanks. And I appreciate the nearly instantaneous response! This is my first site using your plugin versus Yoast and so far I really like what you’ve done.
Same here. I use another plugin for structured data markup for blog posts. I’m trying to figure out how to consolidate as I only want one BlogPosting markup. And the other plugin is critical on the site.
