Ok after researching a little bit more i found how

You just have to call the nggDispalyRecentImages with “denied” in $exclude var, and specifying which galleryis you want to exclude in $list example:
nggDisplayRecentImages(‘5′,’80’,’80’,’denied’,’14’);
Maybe would be helpful to do somekind of faq explaining this functions.
