1. i’m using woodmart to handle everything including the filtering. switching the theme to a default one causes white screen.
2. i don’t have any jet plugins installed. do you mean woodmart is making use of jet to handle the filtering?
3. the query parameters are being appended for the url when women category loads incorrectly.
4. i have tried your additional woocommerce steps and issue persists.

i think the error fixed itself yesterday but it reoccured today.

update: from what i’m seeing, the filter fixed itself when i resave the template for the shop archive page but it doesn’t look permanent. can you help pinpoint what is the root cause?

• Approximately how much time passes before the orders are moved to the trash?
  it usually happens after a day, so 24-ish hours. i noticed the issue is only happening to orders created by the admin (for context, my client is doing a preorder sale of 300 orders and wants the order payment page to be emailed directly to the customer with automation. so we created the orders in advance and used automatewoo.)
• Have you made any customizations or added custom code to your site?
  we have automatewoo and funnelkit running on the website. however, i have checked and turned off anything that might have moved the orders to trash.
• Deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce to check if the issue persists? Tested with a default theme like Storefront to rule out theme-related issues?
  i cannot feasibly do that bc this is a live website. the plugins we’re using never trigger this kind of behaviour. so it should be safe to rule them out
