What I really want is to control permissions for uploading files with .mp3 extension

Hi, I think this is an essential and basic function for a File Manager that claims to be Advanced. I am waiting for this update urgently 🙏🏻
Is there any other way I can do this by putting a .access file inside the folder we want to control for example? How to prevent other extensions from being uploaded except .mp3 ?
