Thanks for the response. This doesn’t seem to be the issue, as I have everything muted, and it works on android phones, and also desktop.
Doesn’t work on IOS devices, regardless of options selected. It worked fine on one of my sites prior to the latest update.
I use this on two sites and they both have ceased to work completely 🙁

In reply to: Please help! Bitdefender saying my site is malicious??Sorry I had it installed but hadn’t actually done a scan yet. I should have certainly tried that before responding or posting as it seems to be efficient. It has found the file during scan and deleted it which is great. Hopefully it is fixed!
Maybe a pointless post but hope it may help someone in future.

Have I definitely been hacked? It’s a new site. I’m so gutted and still at a bit of a loss…

What can I do?
