Ok – just uploaded a new version of the plugin (1.0.2) that should fix this issue with WooCommerce.

Shoot – that won’t do, not at all.
I don’t have a WooCommerce setup to test at the moment, so I’ll have to look into that. I’ll dig into the WC source code and see what might be going on…
I’m afraid I don’t have a quick workaround at the moment, however. Sorry.
