 * it works now fine. Many, many thanks for your support and your perfect and slim
   plugin!
 * What brought the fix? I change the Theme, unfortunately i couldn’t delete the
   hardcode GTM beforehand. Afert switching to another theme, everything is fine.

 * I updated, but it seems your plugin is not working at my wordpress 🙁
 * First things first:
    – Before the update, i deleted GTM out of the Header and
   Body and put the code into the plugin – after opt-in the code was written successfully
   in the code – but the code was not deleted, after opt-out – also: The GTM was
   now by default in the source code of the website (i checked from other computers)
 * – After the update, the GTM code gets not written into the code at all
    – also,
   the settings are wrong: If i deactivate the cookies and check the settings later,
   the cookies are activated
 * I appreciate your efforts, but seems like the plugin is not working at all?

 * Also: After the GTM gets written in the header again, by the plugin, it’s pre-
   set when i surf to the site in inkognito mode.
 * Seems like it is not working at all?
