I have already connected customer feed. I need to record payment for an invoice.

Apparently Woocomerce is required. I installed it and it worked
Try Downgrading your version. It worked for me inthe mean time.
Any Future update to fix this because some embed codes only allow js. I need to add JS directly to the text field
