In reply to: [Health Check & Troubleshooting] Help! Can’t deactivate Troubleshooting mode! This does not appear for me.
“What you may be able to do is visit the Plugins list, and if you hover over the plugin, a “Troubleshoot” link should appear allowing you to enable troubleshooting just for the Health Check plugin, much like what would happen if you started off in the Troubleshoot page.”
Also we do not use Woo-Commerce.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Health Check & Troubleshooting] Help! Can’t deactivate Troubleshooting mode!I’ve added a new user with a different mail address, and still all the plugins look like they need to be “Activated” yet the site looks like the plugins are activated. There is still no Troubleshooting tab, nor is there a Tools tab, like there is on our development site.
I am also having this problem, up to this date troubleshooting worked well.
Today however I am having problems saving files: “Updating failed – the response is not a valid json.”Trouble-shooting is not available under tools as it was in the past.
Search was file not found. Then I managed to get into the troubleshooting page through the plugins page. Once enabled it was impossible to disable.I do not get the troubleshooting tab on the toolbar when it’s enabled. Worse, I found a way to disable troubleshooting and all my plugins were disabled.
Then I enabled troubleshooting on one plugin – and now I can’t disable troubleshooting again.
I was able to enable all the plugins under the bulk enable and the site looks as it should but now it appears that none of the plugins are enabled, and the original plugin that I clicked troubleshoot on is Activated.
The site looks like all the plugins are activated. Yet on the plugins page none of the plugins are activated except the original plugin I clicked trouble-shooting link.
If I log out as a user will the troubleshooting mode? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Are there other known conflicts besides woo commerce?

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Bug Report – Events Import CSV importMy apologies – I’ve managed to import your Venue File from the site, so it must be a malformed CSV file.
I believe the problem was with a custom permalink plugin.
My apologies.Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: Cannot log into wp-admin due to securityThank you, I think that might be a good answer. They offered to change that but I managed to “disable” the plug-in by renaming the plug-in directory on the server via FTP.
It would be great to know if that is an adequate fix – or if it will leave bits of code on the site only to cause problems later.
Thanks!
