I resolved the issue. There was a conflict between the memberpress plugin and another plugin.

I tried all options including renaming the plugin. Unfortunately, the WordPress menu bar was always available. When I renamed the plugin, I had disabled the cache plugin.

I disabled the ithemes security, purged from cache on maxcdn and the page went back to normal. Do you think ithemes security plugin is causing this issue? I’d appreciate your help. Thank you.

At first, I was having difficulty to clear the cache of the pages, but it’s working fine now. The problem I’m having now is only with the static js and css files. I enabled CloudFlare Extension. I went to Cloudflare and purged Individual files and am still waiting for the cache to clear.
