I am having the exact problems as sevenseconds777.
Can’t create groups no matter how many times i click on add group and fill out the add groups form.
Also when i set the permissions and try to access it as a user with unlocked permission i get the same error message:
“The course index is empty or you do not have the required permissions to access this page”
On the backend user management all i see are permissions user group. Any use I approve shows. But no group shows. I dont see any guest, premium etc.
