 * Got it James! I went back in and deleted the three .php files above. I ddeleted
   the folders within the main plug folder but didn’t actually do the specific files.
 * Logged in, stated it needed to update the database. Two seconds later I logged
   in and am good to go-
 * Thank you for you assistance walking me through this today. Very helpful!

 * No good- Same exact error as above.
 * Went in and first deleted the following files as stated.
 * db.php
    advanced-cache.php object-cache.php
 * Once deleted I then deleted the W3 Total Cache master plugin folder and contents
   in its entirety.

 * James I renamed to “plugins.hold” and now I have this error. On a side note I
   left the first step at 0 and didn’t know if I needed to change it back to a 9
   before doing this?

 * Okay so did step one I believe and still the same.
 * The value now read as this (in part)
 * a:0:{i:0;s:19:”akismet/akismet.php”;i:1;s:36:”cont.
 * Changed a:9 to the a:0
 * Moving on to step two.

 * Thanks James- just logged in to the C Panel as this came through. I’ll give this
   a try and see if we can’t get it fixed.
 * Out of curiosity, let’s say it’s a plug-in that’s integral, what would typically
   be the next step? Go without?
 * Thanks again for your prompt help!
