Thank you: I updated the plugin and tried it but it didn’t solve the issue unfortunately.
If just added html tags to the extracted description like p, strong, ul, li etc. Still no apostrophes for now (well actually, even before, there is around 1 out of 7 or 8 apostrophes which is kept, and all others disappear).Hi,
Thanks a lot for your reply. I checked 3 times to be sure but I don’t seem to have this. Was this option added in a recent update of the plugin?
Also as I’m not sure my initial message was clear: you mention “strange characters”, currently they’re replaced indeed (for instance “é” becomes “é”, etc.) but I’m completely fine with this, this is pretty standard. The issue with apostrophes and line breaks is that as they disappear completely, I can’t translate them back into normal characters.
Thank you,
MapsHello,
Unfortunately there was no change with deactivating other plugins and putting a default WP theme. Even deleting your plugin and installing it again didn’t restore previous normal behavior.
I can’t dedicate more time to it at the moment but if you hear about similar cases in the upcoming weeks and that you identify the cause please let me know!
Best regards,
Maps
@nextlevelbros I know this is Theme related, hence my question about contacting the Theme support (the reason I discuss it on the plugin support thread is to help other Woodmart users start using Pixelmysite too once you or me find a solution).
I found some code that seems to do the trick but I need to test it further before posting it.
@nextlevelbros : I think we are using the same Theme, Woodmart. My support period expired, did you contact the about the issue?
I may have found code to remove completely the line, but it could be nice if the theme devs told how to force it to show “Add to cart” instead of fetching the data somewhere, with the added code.

@omg5 : In case this helps, once you have found your menu ID, you must add this to CSS:
#menu-item-XXXX a {
color: #YYYYYY;!important
}#menu-item-XXXX a:hover {
color: #YYYYYY;!important
}X is your menu ID (check online how to have it it’s fairly simple)
Y is for the color code.The first block is for the normal color and the second one is for the color on hover.
This will work on desktop, I don’t know how to change the color of only 1 menu element on mobile.

Regarding second question: oh wow I hadn’t seen that right side menu, well noted.
Regarding the first one: I just contacted you through your website’s form, feel free to let me know if you haven’t received anything
Best,
PaulHey dev!
Do you still offer support for the free version?
Best wishes,
Paul(resolved)
Thanks a lot!

In reply to: [Product Subtitle For WooCommerce] Bad supportAnother user here : I saw your request for support and I had the same problem, posted a support request and had no answer either.
BUT.
I sent an email and the dev corrected the issue immediately.It is true that the dev doesn’t reply here and that this is not optimal, but the plugin itself being good (and now fixed) maybe add a few stars to be fair to the guy?
All the best
MapsUpdate : I sent a email to the dev who, it seems, wasn’t prompted when new requests for support appear. He released a fix a few minutes after my email.
Hey @ampforwp
I checked it on Google Search Console.
But why on earth do you want me to share screenshots about it?
By experience I would say it is the kind of investigation questions a developer poses when somebody incriminates his/her plugin for something, so in case you didn’t read the whole conversation, I am telling bythegeeky that I doubt that your plugin is the cause for GPSI’s low score.
