Thank you for your reply, its caused some confusion as actually the buttons reappeared last week so all seemed to be ok! We didn’t do anything…but your reply above made me check again, now they are gone again!!!
This is so odd!! I may have to use that link you suggested after all…

How did you resolve this? I’m having a very similar issue, empty container with iframe but nothing being shown!
