It will not happen most often and also will have not any negative impact on your blog. It will be fine after a few hours automatically. I also faced this issue a few months ago. The reason is not known but It was restored automatically and also no issues were caused.

I am getting the same with another plugin. Cache clearance saved me from the trouble.
