If so, can you try removing the connection (from Facebook > Settings > Delete connection), then uninstall (and re-install) the plugin?

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] WPML translated products do not get synced to MetaHi @jofbe ,
Can you check the following:
- Go to Commerce Manager -> Catalog -> Data Sources – Are you seeing anything for the non-default languages? Name should be WooCommerce Language Override Feed (en_US)
- Go to your WordPress Admin -> WPML -> Languages -> Scroll to bottom and check there is a Facebook section on languages to be synced, and deselect all but the default language for the site.
If the issue persists, please share your Catalog ID – you can send it to the official [email protected] email, with the subject “WPML translated products do not get synced to Meta”.
Kind regards,
MarijaHi @pankajyadav14 ,
Thank you for reaching out!
We were able to confirm the issue, and are working on a fix – we will let you know once it has been released.
Kind regards,
MarijaOf course, here is the image.
First remove the connection (from Facebook > Settings > Delete connection), then uninstall (and re-install) the plugin from your plugins page – [your-site]/wp-admin/plugins.php.

Can you share your site’s system status report?
Also, are there any other relevant entries in your debug.log, or any errors under the logs section under WooCommerce > Status?
Kind regards,
MarijaCan you try the following:
- Temporarily disable the WP Rocket and clear the cache
- Go to Marketing > Facebook > Troubleshooting and Enable debug mode
- Go to WooCommerce > Tools > Logs and click on the Reset products Facebook settings button
- Delete the connection to your page, then re-install and re-connect the plugin
- From the Product page, select the products that aren’t being synced, and change their status to “Sync” via the bulk editor:
Kind regards,
MarijaThank you for following up @phoenixfurniturestudio !
Just a couple more questions:
- Can you share a couple of sample URLs for the products that are being archived?
- When adding new products that are being moved to Archived, are you setting them up as “in stock”
- Are the products set up as “Sync and show in catalog” under the Facebook tab?
- Can you check if the products are being impacted by the Hide Categories and Products for Woocommerce plugin settings?
Kind regards,
MarijaHi Brenda, thank you for reaching out!
We are reviewing the info you shared, in the meantime, can you also share a screenshot of the “Products status” tab under Facebook > Marketing?
Are any issues appearing here, or are the products showing up as “Approved”?
Kind regards,

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Safe mode for staging and local developmentHi @mebishwak090 – thank you for reaching out!
There is a ticket referencing the need for a staging environment here, please add your request there or open a new ticket on the issues page.
For the time being, you can also create a separate Pixel and Catalog for the Staging & Local environments to prevent the testing data from being sent to the production setup.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.
Kind regards,
Marija
